We support the Communauté d’Agglomération Havraise in its projects carried out by the “Territorial Development and Attractiveness” Department, such as the CETCO (Community Technical Center) construction project, the reconstruction of the city center, and an improvement of the urban transport network.

eProject allows the management of “Dematerialization of work situations” contracts within the framework of the operations carried out. This electronic service of follow-up and management of the work contracts on Internet functions during the duration of the operations until the approval of the final general statements.
The operations managed by the platform are the following: Design-build contract, works contract, project management contract.
eProject GFI allows, within the framework of this project, to satisfy :
- The desire to optimize the time and quality of financial information exchanges,
- The desire to optimize the management of work situations, in particular payment deadlines,
