Project
Creation of a new 12,260m2 head office with 500 workstations, an auditorium, 2,400m2 of terraces and a restaurant, designed to be more modern, collaborative and connected. The well-being of the employees as well as the respect of the environment (2 certifications: HQE Excellent and Breeam level good) were put forward in this project, located just a step away from the Cité du Vin of Bordeaux.
It is the first building in Bordeaux to be “full BIM”, entirely digitized from the design stage in digital mock-up. This technological advance has greatly facilitated the management of the project and now allows an optimized. Note that eProject and its partner BimTrack allow the integration of BIM models on the platform and a crossing of documentary, financial and technical data.
Crédit Agricole was keen to hire 95% local companies for its site.

The platform was implemented and maintained during the works and studies phases of the Head Office. eProject allowed the exchange of written and graphical documents with validation workflows, greatly reducing execution times and delays on the project.
