Project
Rémy Martin is a great French Cognac house founded more than 3 centuries ago.
The aim of the Rémy Martin assembly project is to build a new headquarters for the company with new, open and modern work spaces, a restaurant or patio event room that can seat up to 400 people, with natural ventilation. The structure covers 5,000 m2 in Merpins, a few kilometers from Cognac, between the cellars and as close as possible to the bottling operations. This new building in the heart of the Charente will house the buildings, with the space in the center of Cognac remaining for the reception of customers and tourists.
