Project
This two-year project aims to bring together the Cliniques Jeanne-d’Arc, Saint-Augustin, and Polyclinique de l’Atlantique (Elsan Group), to create a brand new health complex in Saint-Herblain. An additional 40,000m2 will be added, including new buildings and parking lots, where no less than 1,200 health and well-being professionals will work.
The project complies with Certivéa’s High Environmental Quality (HEQ) standards for health care facilities, which focus on four points: quality of life, respect for the environment, economic performance and responsible management. The new center is innovative, modern and responsible.
This project is part of the urban development objective for the west of Nantes with the La Baule ZAC, which covers 22 hectares, with the ambition of connecting the north and south of Herblin. Located at one of the city’s entrances and well connected by urban transport networks, the center will redesign the urban environment of this new housing, office and service district and will strengthen the attractiveness of Saint-Herblain.
Solution: eProject FIM
eProject FIM was implemented for the financial management of the construction of this new complex of buildings, entirely dedicated to care and well-being. AIA Architects trusted Formi to monitor its financial situation and exchange dematerialized financial documents.
