Project
Tivoli Green City is a true city within a city. It is the most ecological and sustainable district in Brussels, with its own energy production plant linked to 424 photovoltaic panels, a grey water and rainwater management system, and insulating green roofs. All these smart and sustainable technologies guarantee a limited ecological footprint. The renovation of this former wasteland will contain 400 housing units, a park and an economic pole dedicated to “green” businesses on 10,000m2 of common areas and 2,000m2 of green spaces.
This sustainable neighborhood project is one of the most ambitious in the Belgian capital. Biodiversity, green structure, social development, are at the heart of the project.

eProject allows the exchange of all types of documents with validation workflow: plans, schedules, control sheets, permits, in order to facilitate documentation management. This reduces delays, facilitates exchanges, and keeps the information shared up to date.
