We are pleased to announce the creation of the new eProject User Club!
This club was born from the desire to create a community of users united by the desire to share their experience, their questions, their discoveries. It aims to bring users closer together, but also to facilitate communication between users and the editor of the eProject platform, Formi SA.
At Formi SA, we want to hear from you! That’s why we have created a roadmap to welcome your suggestions for improvement, and a forum for you to open discussions. Finally, in order to thank you for trusting us with the documentary and/or financial management of your project, we will provide you with premium resources reserved for you.
This Club is yours, use it as regularly as you like.
1- Creating an account
To create your account, you must be a customer and user of the Formi SA platform.
Then simply create your account on the registration page and wait for Formi SA to approve your account. When this is done, you will receive an email and you can log in via the login page. It’s that easy!
2- Forum
- Why?
For more than 25 years, Formi SA has been developing its management platform for workers in the building and construction industry. Many clients are now convinced of the efficiency of the collaborative platform and use the software on a daily basis in their projects. We want to take eProject and its users even further by building a real community around this common use and shared daily life.
Our users are all professionals in the construction of infrastructure, transportation, health structures or civil engineering. We believe that the User Club and its forum can become a place of exchange for all these professionals, a way to federate around common issues.
Don’t hesitate to play the game to launch the forum and post your first topic! Everything needs a beginning.
- How to use the forum?
If you have not already done so, create an account here. If you already have a username and password, log in here. After logging in, go to the forum page of our formi.com site where the different categories and forums are displayed. You can reply to topics already created or start new ones in the appropriate category.
Do you have a question about workflows in eProject GED? Click on “validation circuits” to open the dedicated forum.
Then click on “+ new topic”, and start your discussion! Our team or another professional will answer you quickly. You will receive an email notification when this happens.
You can also decide to subscribe to the forum by clicking on the envelope. You will then receive a notification when a new topic is created.
3- eProject Roadmap

A roadmap allows stakeholders to see a strategic plan at a glance. In this case, the Formi roadmap allows you to suggest improvements, guidelines, make remarks, give feedback, so that we can always improve our products and services. - How to participate?
To participate it’s very simple, you just need to have created an account and to have been approved, as explained previously.
Once on the roadmap page, use the Latest (the latest suggestions), Top (those with the most votes), or Status tabs if you just want to browse and see the proposals that have already been submitted.
If you want to submit an idea, enter your proposal in the “enter your request” bar. The tool will show you proposals containing the same keywords. You can then vote for a proposal you want to support, and view its details.
You will discover the detailed description of the suggestion, as well as the possible comments left by the users. Don’t hesitate to comment too!
If you are not interested in a proposal, you can create another one by clicking on the “submit” button after describing your feedback. Your comment will default to “pending” status while waiting for the team to review it.
4- Premium Members Content
As a customer of our company, you deserve the best! That’s why User Club members will have access to premium resources, reserved for them and not accessible without an account. This content is currently being created by our team, but you can expect to hear from us soon!
